Cancellation & Transfer Policy

The deadline to transfer your registration, cancel, or request an event refund is Monday, November 16, 2026 at 11:58 PM (ET).

All approved cancellations are subject to a $50 non-refundable handling fee per event registration and $50 per room reservation. If you need to cancel, please email Michelle@Studio58Events.com so we can review your request and assist you on a case-by-case basis.
