- Offsite Hotel 3 is located 4.5 miles / 8 minutes down the road from the Host Hotels.
- This entire hotel is vanilla for the entire event, as we are only occupying a few rooms at their hotel.
- You can add Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Sunday nights
- Check-in is 4PM on your arrival day. Check-out at 11AM on Sunday (unless you extend your room reservation)
We will use three hotels for Naughty Noel.
- HOST 1 HOTEL: Our original hotel arranged around the indoor pool will be called Host 1. It is the location of our poolside & balcony rooms, our satellite playspace & pool, vending, some programming, restaurant/bar, and marketplace. This hotel tends to have lots of activities and attendee energy that can run 24/7 during the weekend. Our event will occupy the whole hotel.
- HOST 2 HOTEL: Our adjacent hotel reached across the indoor walkway will be called Host 2. It will the location of our Main Playspace and some programming. This hotel tends to be quieter, with the event space located off the downstairs lobby. Our event will occupy the whole hotel.
- OFFSITE 3 HOTEL: Just a 4.5 mile / 8 minutes drive up the road, our third hotel offers a few additional hotel rooms. This entire hotel is vanilla the whole weekend, as we are only occupying a few rooms. Rooms will be located on the second floor, have exterior entrances overlooking the free parking, and are pet-friendly (up to 2 x 75-pound dogs can share a room with you).
