• • The last day to transfer, cancel, or receive an event refund is 11:58PM on Monday, September 29, 2025. All cancellations are subject to a $50 handling fee per-registrant cancellation and per-room cancellation. If you need to cancel contact michelle@studio58events.com so we can work with you on a case-by-case basis.
