You can add Thursday night (November 30, 2023) to your hotel reservation package. Add-on Thursday pricing applies to any Interior Room package in Host Hotel #1 =OR= any room in Host Hotel #2.
The last day to transfer, cancel, or receive a refund for an event item is 11:58PM on Monday, November 6, 2023. All cancellations are subject to a $35 handling fee per-registrant cancellation and per-room cancellation.
