This Interior Queen/Queen hotel room reservation is for a two-night stay in the Host Hotel (Saturday & Sunday, December 30-31). This $278 package includes $139 x 2 night minimum including all service charges, local & occupancy taxes, and fees.
- Enjoy a more relaxed and calmer atmosphere with these newly renovated interior rooms. While not on the Atrium itself, you’ll never be too far from the action.
- You can add Thursday or Friday nights (December 28 and/or December 29) separately at $139 per night
- Check-in is 3PM on your arrival day. Check-out at 11AM on Sunday (unless you extend your room reservation)
HOST HOTEL: Our original hotel is arranged around the Atrium with indoor pool . It is the location of our poolside & balcony rooms, our satellite playspace & indoor pool, activities, and restaurant/bar. This hotel tends to have lots of activities and attendee energy that can run 24/7 during the weekend. Our event will occupy the whole hotel on December 28-January 1.
The last day to transfer, cancel, or receive an event refund is 11:58PM on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. All cancellations are subject to a $35 handling fee per-registrant cancellation and per-room cancellation.
