This Balcony King hotel room reservation for a two-night stay in the Host Hotel (Saturday & Sunday, December 30-December 31). This $398 package includes $199 x 2 night minimum, including all service charges, local & occupancy taxes, and fees.
- Reserve a balcony room that opens out to the Poolside Atrium onto your own personal second story balcony. You’ll be flooded with sights and sounds of the Atrium.
- Note: Being in the heart of activity is a wonderfully intense experience. If you desire a quieter room, you may want to pick an interior room instead.
- We encourage everybody to creatively decorate your balcony.
- You can add Thursday and/or Friday nights (December 28 and/or December 29) separately at $139 per night

HOST HOTEL: Our original hotel is arranged around the Atrium with indoor pool. It is the location of our poolside & balcony rooms, our satellite playspace & pool, activities, and restaurant/bar. This hotel tends to have lots of activities and attendee energy that can run 24/7 during the weekend. Our event will occupy the whole hotel on December 28-January 1.
The last day to transfer, cancel, or receive a refund for an event registration is 11:58PM on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. All cancellations are subject to a $35 handling fee per-registrant cancellation and per-room cancellation.
