Registration opens for Naughty Noel in May

Naughty Noel begins on a Thursday and concludes on a Sunday. Socializing, access to indoor pool, and a pre-event munch will begin Wednesday; programming will begin Thursday at noon and conclude Sunday at 11AM. Arrive as early as you can! A significant portion of attendees arrive on Wednesday or Thursday + some folks arrive Tuesday.

Hotel Reservations will open for Naughty Noel in May

Studio 58 Events handles all hotel room reservations. Do not call the hotel directly or try to reserve with them online, as they will not be able to help you. You must be a registered attendee of Noel to reserve a guest room during this weekend. We will compare the registration list with the room reservations before the event to make sure everyone has completed both steps. Our special rates are good for any stay between Tuesday – Sunday, (although our main event nights are Thursday, Friday and Saturday).

We have been using three hotels for Naughty Noel

• HOST #1 HOTEL: Our original hotel arranged around the indoor pool. It is the location of our poolside & balcony rooms, our satellite space around the pool, vending, some programming, restaurant/bar, and marketplace. This hotel tends to have lots of activities and attendee energy that can run 24/7 during the weekend. Our event will occupy the whole hotel.
  • All room rates include room rate X minimum # of nights, service charges, local & occupancy taxes, and all fees.
    • Poolside, Balcony, Suites Rooms are 3-Night reservations (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday).
    • Courtyard, Interior Rooms are 2-Night reservations (Friday and Saturday.
• HOST #2 HOTEL: Our adjacent hotel reached across the indoor walkway. It is the location of our main space and some education. This hotel tends to be quieter, with the event space located off the downstairs lobby. Our event will occupy the whole hotel.
  • All room rates include, room rate for 2 nights, service charges, local & occupancy taxes, and all fees.
    • Interior Rooms are 2-Night reservations (Friday and Saturday.
• OFFSITE #3 HOTEL: Just 4.5 miles / 8 minutes drive up the road, our third hotel will offer additional hotel rooms. This entire hotel is vanilla the whole weekend, as we are only occupying a few rooms. Rooms will be located on the second floor, have exterior entrances overlooking the free parking, and pet-friendly (up to 2 x 75-pound dogs can share a room with you).
  • All room rates include room rate for 2 nights, service charges, local & occupancy taxes, and all fees.

• Additional Add-On Nights for Thursday, or Wednesday and/or Tuesdays are available for all rooms in all hotels.
• Check-in is 3PM on your arrival day and Check-out at 11AM on Sunday (unless you extend your room reservation).

• Event Information: After you register, you will receive your Invoice/Packing List at time of purchase. A separate confirmation letter will be sent every few months packed with details. We will send monthly updates to you as we get closer to the event. Logistic info will be posted to the Event YAPP promptly.
